Description/Interesting Notes:
A magnificent example of native copper in selenite from Arizona!!! The examples of selenite included
with native copper from this locality have long been prized by collectors and this is a particularly
fine specimen!!! This specimen consists of a large, thick, gem clear, highly complex crystal of
selenite that is loaded with fine, brilliant native copper crystals within!!!
The selenite has some sharply defined crystal features around the perimeter and water-clear gem clarity throughout!!!
The internal copper inclusions are very finely crystallized and have particularly
bright metallic copper color and luster!!! The dense network of copper crystal inclusions makes for
a very stunning display in person!!! Upon close inspection, the native copper crystal inclustions almost
have the appearance of some kind of intricate, other-worldly metallic plant life!!! Classic material!!!
