Description/Interesting Notes: A magnificent example of this rare species from Utah!!! This specimen is comprised primarily of purple coquimbite in association with a small amount of yellowish copiapite!!! This specimen hosts an unusually large and sharply defined crystal for the species!!! This specimen is complete and undamaged!!! A surprisingly aesthetic example of this rare species, it is almost reminiscent of a Maine apatite!!! The pics hardly do it justice!!!
