Description/Interesting Notes: A huge, old time crystal of corundum from Canada!!! This specimen consists of a large, complex corundum crystal in association with a small amount of affixed matrix!!! The corundum crystal has a unique, almost bronze color that shows some slight iridescence in areas as well!!! There also appear to be some faint outlines of darker coloration around the edges as well!!! This specimen retains an old label from the Seaman Museum with L.S. Ropes collection notation!!!
