Description/Interesting Notes: A gorgeous example of creedite from this seldom referenced locality!!! This specimen consists of a stunning spray of sharp, lustrous creedite crystals that exhibit incredible zoned coloration!!! This radiating spray of crystals exhibits a sharply defined zone of intense purple coloration followed by a zone of colorless creedite!!! The round spray of crystals combined with the pronounced color zoning makes for a wonderfully aesthetic display indeed!!! The terminations are sharp and appear to exhibit frosted luster on selective faces, with all or the lustrous faces being oriented in just one direction!!! These amazing creedite specimens came from a small, one time find decades ago!!! These purple Kazakhstan creedites are quite scarce and highly sought after!!! The pics hardly do it justice!!!
