Description/Interesting Notes: A rare, old time example of crocoite from this historic Russian locale!!! This specimen consists of a cluster of complex, intensely colored crystals of bright orange red crocoite on matrix!!! The crystals exhibit stout, highly complex forms with glassy luster, opaque to translucent clarity, and choice intense orange red color!!! OLD material!!! The pics hardly do it justice!!!
