Description/Interesting Notes:
An old time example of cronstedtite from this historic locality!!! This specimen dates back to at least 1900 or before and hosts a significant
showing of sharp, lustrous cronstedite crystals ranging in size to over 4mm!!! This is a fantastic example of the species for the locality!!!
In addition to the cronstedite crystals, there is also a broad area of tan colored siderite crystals present as well!!! Upon close inspection one
can see that the cronstedite crystals are sharply formed and in fantastic condition!!! This specimen retains an old label from the "Museum Regni Bohemiae" which is the
Czech Republic National Museum!!! Rare, old time material!!!
The pics hardly do it justice!!! Must be seen in person to be fully appreciated!!!
Good luck and be sure to check out my other exciting mineral auctions on ebay!!! STAY TUNED!!! MORE AUCTIONS WILL BE ADDED SATURDAY NIGHT FOR A SPECIAL 5-DAY AUCTION, ENDING THURSDAY JUNE 1st!!!
