Description/Interesting Notes: A fantastic example of cuprite from Tsumeb!!! This specimen hosts a vug filled with sharp, lustrous crystals of lively red cuprite!!! The cuprite crystals exhibit sharp, complexly modified octahedral habits and have unusually lively, rich red color!!! There are some tiny crystals of cerussite scattered about the matrix as well!!! This specimen is from the collection of Glenn Nicol and retains its original detailed label as well!!! The pics hardly do it justice!!! Must be seen in person to be fully appreciated!!!
