Description/Interesting Notes: A terrific example of cuprite from the Congo!!! This specimen hosts a rich showing of cuprite crystals in association with malachite on matrix!!! The cuprite crystals have complex, modified octahedral forms and some of the crystals have a slight alteration to malachite!!! With some lighting one can see flashes of red within the crystals!!!
