Description/Interesting Notes: A fantastic example of this rare uranium bearing species from the Congo!!! This specimen hosts a rich showing of lime green acicular crystals of cuprosklodowskite in association with yellow sklodowskite and deep green malachite!!! The cuprosklodowskite crystals are present as balls and groups of bright lime green acicular crystals and the sklodoskite crystals are present as yellow acicular crystals and crystal groups!!! Interestingly, there are areas of cuprosklodowskite that host yellow sklodoskite on their extremities!!! The malachite crystals are present as deep green, lustrous acicular crystals!!! There are some interesting areas of unidentified species as well!!! There is a lot going on with this specimen and a lot more to see in person!!! This specimen is from the collection of Thomas J.
