Description/Interesting Notes:
A terrific example of this rare, and most curious species, from the type locale in Bolivia!!! This specimen consists of a dense tangle of
juxtaposed cylindrite crystals cemented together by wurtzite!!! In numerous vugs and cavities around the specimen there are small, yet fantastically
well crystallized, wurtzite crystals!!! The cylindrite crystals are visible on every face and from all angles and range in size up to 1.3cm!!! Cylindrite's curious "cylindrical" habit
is certainly unique in the mineral kingdom!!! In addition to the cylindrite and wurtzite, there is one small area where there is a dense tangle
of short, needle like crystals in an almost spongiform mass tucked into a small vug that are presumed to be jamesonite!!! The pics don't even come
close to doing this specimen justice!!!
