Description/Interesting Notes: An old time example of datolite and axinite from this unique Tasmanian locale!!! This specimen consists of a cluster of complex datolite crystals in association with bladed crystals of brownish axinite (Fe-axinite)!!! The datolite crystals exhibit highly complex forms with marked clarity and glassy luster!!! This specimen is from the A.E. Seaman Mineral Museum and retains it original label as well!!!
