A unique example of this prized gem species from Brazil!!! This specimen consists of a highly complex diamond crystal
that exhibits a most unusual yellow-green color that is very much like "uranium glass" seen in antiques!!! The
color is much better appreciated in person and has an almost glowing yellow-green color!!! The crystal is VERY
fluorescent and shows a more greenish color in sunlight and full spectrum fluorescent lighting!!! Under SW and LW UV the
color fluoresces an INTENSE green fluorescence (it was so fluorescent it was difficult to photograph - one can
also see the UV fluorescence even in bright lighting)!!! This crystal is complete and undamaged all around!!! This
specimen is from a suite of unique and unusual diamond crystals in the Mecke collection (curiously,
this specimen was noted as "uranium diamond")!!! Unique old material!!!

collection of Tony Nikischer!!! We just acquired the 6000+ specimen PERSONAL collection of Tony Nikischer and there are
going to be some very exciting minerals to come in the upcoming days and weeks!!! Prior to the Nikischer
collection this specimen was originally from the collection of Florence Mecke (acquired from the late 1930's until the 1970's)!!!
