Description/Interesting Notes: A large and impressive old time diamond from this famous and historic region!!! This specimen consists of a large, complete and undamaged octahedral crystal that measures over 1cm and weighs nearly 5 carats!!! The crystal has brilliant, lustrous faces with highly complex modifications!!! The crystal has gemmy clarity and is much brighter than the pictures show!!! This specimen is quite showy and dynamic in person!!! This specimen came out of an old collection and likely dates to the earlier 1900's!!! The pics hardly do it justice!!!
