Description/Interesting Notes:
An impressive example of this famed gem species from the Congo!!! This specimen consists of a complex, impressively sized
cube that, upon close examination, appears to be comprised of numerous tiny intergrown cubes!!! Upon close inspection with a loupe
or scope one can see the complex networks of tiny cubic faces covering each large cubic face!!! The specimen is impressively sized,
complete all around and displays fantastically in person!!! The crystal has a glowing translucence and
brilliant, sparkly adamantine luster!!! Old material!!!
The pics hardly do it justice!!! Must be seen in person to be fully appreciated!!!
This specimen is from the collection of Tony Nikischer!!! We just acquired
the 6000+ specimen PERSONAL collection of Tony Nikischer and there are going to be some very exciting
minerals to come in the upcoming days and weeks!!! Prior to the Nikischer collection this specimen was
originally from the collection of Florence Mecke (acquired from the late 1930's until the 1970's)!!!
Good luck and be sure to check out my other exciting mineral auctions on ebay!!! STAY TUNED!!! MORE AUCTIONS WILL BE ADDED SATURDAY NIGHT FOR A SPECIAL 5-DAY AUCTION, ENDING THURSDAY NOVEMBER 29th!!!
