Description/Interesting Notes:
A terrific example of these rare silver-bearing species from Nevada!!! This specimen hosts a rich showing of diaphorite and
fizelyite in matrix!!! The diaphorite is present both as massive and crystalline material!!! There is a rich vein of
diaphorite that runs through the middle of the specimen as well as other masses scattered about the specimen!!! Upon
close inspection with a loupe or scope one can see some tiny crystals of diaphorite as well!!! The fizelyite is present
as thin, needle-like crystals richly distributed throughout the matrix!!! There is also a small amount of
reddish pyrargyrite present and there may be a small amount of other rare species (owyheeite) as well!!!
This specimen is much more rich than it appears in the pics!!! Fantastic material for the locality!!!
