Dioptase Tsumeb, Namibia 4.1cm x 3.1cm x 2cm

Description/Interesting Notes: A classic example of dioptase from Tsumeb!!! This specimen hosts a broad face that is almost completely covered with sharp, brilliant, gemmy crystals of intense emerald green dioptase!!! The crystals have terrific, very gemmy clarity in person!!! Upon close inspection one can see that there are tiny, colorless crystals of calcite scattered about the dioptase crystals as well!!! Although it is difficult to appreciate from the pics, the crystals are quite sharply defined and brilliant in person!!! The pics hardly do it justice!!!
