Dolomite cast after Calcite with Mimetite Tsumeb, Namibia 9.14cm x 7.08cm x 2cm

Description/Interesting Notes: An aesthetic example of dolomite and mimetite from Tsumeb!!! This specimen consists of a showy cast of dolomite after calcite in association with mimetite!!! The dolomite cast is well formed, highly lustrous, and has a lively orange color!!! The handsome orange color grades aesthetically to a lighter, yellowish orange toward the bottom of the specimen as well!!! There are a few scattered groups of acicular, near colorless, whitish mimetite crystals on the surface of the cast and a dense showing of similar mimetite crystals on the reverse!!!
