Description/Interesting Notes: A fantastic, old time example of dravite tourmaline from the type locale!!! This specimen consists of a sharp, undamaged single crystal of amber colored dravite tourmaline!!! The crystal is well terminated and complete all around!!! These old time, type locale dravite specimens are rarely seen today!!! Classic old time material!!! This specimen is from the collection of Tony Nikischer!!! We just acquired the 6000+ specimen PERSONAL collection of Tony Nikischer and there are going to be some very exciting minerals to come in the upcoming days and weeks!!! Prior to the Nikischer collection this specimen was originally from the collection of Florence Mecke (acquired from the late 1930's until the 1970's)!!! The pics hardly do it justice!!!
