A rare example of dravite tourmaline from Laurel Hill!!! This specimen hosts numerous radiating sprays of black dravite tourmaline crystals in a matrix of
white calcite and in association with gittery silver crystals of hematite!!! This specimen was acquired from the collection of Ken Hogan, who was a
prolific Laurel Hill collector!!! This unique specimen was a very rare and unusual find at the locality!!! Its label has notes regarding its identity and its
anyalysis (who did the work, date, etc.)!!! The pics hardly do it justice!!!
