Description/Interesting Notes: A classic example of ferberite and apatite from this famed Portugese locale!!! This specimen consists of a sharply terminated crystal of ferberite in association with very pale green to colorless crystals of apatite in association with a few small siderite crystals as well!!! The darkly colored ferberite has sharp, brilliantly lustrous features and striated faces that contrast handsomely with the lightly colored apatite crystals!!! The apatite crystals have sharp, glassy faces and marked translucence!!! Classic material!!! The pics hardly do it justice!!! Must be seen in person to be fully appreciated!!!
