Description/Interesting Notes: A classic, old time example of pink fluorite and smoky quartz from Switzerland!!! This specimen consists of a cluster of complex, gem-clear smoky quartz crystals that host several glowing pink crystals of fluorite!!! The fluorite crystals have lively pink color and marked clarity - with lively play of light within!!! The fluorite crystals exhibit sharp octahedral form and are complete and pristine!!! The smoky quartz crystals have striking clarity and attractive smoky color!!! The smoky quartz crystals have brilliant luster and highly complex, modified habits!!! The crystals are much more complete than they appear, with some of the crystals having unusually complex terminations that are almost curvaceous and appear curiously truncated!!! I must say that this specimen is WAY, WAY better than the pics show - in person this specimen is quite showy!!! The pics don't even come close to doing it justice!!!
