Description/Interesting Notes: A rare, old time example of pink fluorite from Italy!!! This specimen consists of a complexly etched group of dark reddish pink fluorite crystals on a matrix of intergrown crystals of adularia!!! The fluorite consists of an intergrown cluster of octahedral crystals that show heavily etched features!!! The fluorite has marked translucence and rich deep reddish pink color!!! The adularia crystals are sharp, glassy, and have marked translucence!!! Old material from a seldom referenced locality!!! The pics hardly do it justice!!!
