Hematite included Fluorite with Chalcopyrite Stolberg, Harz Mts, Saxony-Anhalt, Germany 14.2cm x 8.5cm x 5.3cm

Description/Interesting Notes: A gorgeous, old time example of fluorite from Germany!!! This old time Stolberg specimen dates to the earlier half of 1th 1800's!!! This large cabinet-sized specimen consists of a cluster of lustrous cubic fluorite crystals that have the most striking purplish-pink selective zoning caused by included hematite!!! While most of the crystals have this characteristic feature on two faces, there are smaller cubes that appear to have this feature on all of their faces!!! The color of the fluorite itself is near colorless to light lavender!!! These old time hematite-included Stolberg fluorites are simply gorgeous in person!!! The pics hardly do it justice!!!
