Description/Interesting Notes:
A unique example of rare fluorite included quartz crystals from Madagascar!!!
These specimens were part of a small find several years back and what little material was recovered has all but disappeared!!!
Out of all of the material there were very few good "specimens" found, as most were broken up chunks!!! The great majority of the
specimens were single crystals - with clusters being exceedingly scarce!!! This
specimen consists of a sharp, complex group of doubly terminated Quartz crystals that host numerous crystals of purple fluorite
included within!!! The fluorite crystals at first appear to be octahedral, however upon close inspection the are actually found to be tetrahexahedrons!!!
In addition to the fluorite crystals, there is some unidentified amorphous green inclusion present as well!!! The pics hardly do it justice!!!
Good luck and be sure to check out my other exciting mineral auctions on ebay!!!
