Description/Interesting Notes: A terrific, old time example of fluorite and rhodochrosite from this classic Colorado locale!!! This specimen consists of a matrix covered with tiny quartz crystals that hosts several scattered pink rhodochrosite crystals and a single green fluorite crystal!!! The fluorite crystal exhibits a complex octahedral form with some highly complex, slightly etched features!!! The fluorite crystal is complete and has handsome mint green color!!! The rhodochrosite crystals are present as small groups of pink crystals!!! Simply a fantastic combination!!! Classic material!!! The pics hardly do it justice!!!
