Description/Interesting Notes: A rare locality example of this complex silver bearing species from Colorado!!! This specimen consists of a matrix of massive, fine grained galena that hosts numerous significant masses of freieslebenite included throughout!!! Upon close inspection one can see that the freieslebenite has a slightly brassier silver hue than the galena and does not show the bright cleavage faces that the galena does!!! Examples of this rare species are quite scarce from Colorado!!! The pics hardly do it justice!!! Must be seen in person to be fully appreciated!!! This specimen is from the collection of Tony Nikischer and retains its original personal collection label as well!!!
