Description/Interesting Notes: A classic, old time example of galena from Germany!!! This specimen hosts a complex, twinned crystal of galena on matrix in association with pyrite and dolomite crystals!!! The galena crystal exhibits sharp, pronounced interpenetration twinning with silvery metallic luster!!! The pyrite crystals exhibit highly complex forms with an attractive and varied patina!!! This specimen retains an old label from the Czech National Museum as well!!! Classic material!!! The pics hardly do it justice!!! Must be seen in person to be fully appreciated!!!
