Description/Interesting Notes: A terrific example of wurtzite with galena from Connecticut!!! This specimen hosts a striking pair of galena crystals in association with numerous wurtzite crystals as well as tiny quartz points and white calcite!!! The wurtzite crystals range in size up to nearly 4mm, with aggregates up to over 7mm!!! There are also accents of golden pyrite which add a bit of aesthetic flair to the silvery galena crystals!!! This specimen retains an old Albanese label as well as its Peppis label!!! The wurtzite crystals are much better appreciated in person!!! Simply a gorgeous old timer!!!
