Description/Interesting Notes: A classic example of galena from the Tri-State District!!! This specimen consists of a cluster of intergrown galena crystals that are studded with spikey crystals of darkly colored sphalerite!!! The galena crystals exhibit modified cupo-octahedral habits and range in size to well over 6cm!!! The pics hardly do it justice!!!
