A magnificent example of this very rare and highly sought after pseudomorph from Germany!!! These rare classics represent one
of the most highly sought after and prized pseudomorphs in the mineral kingdom!!! These historic galena after pyromorphite pseudomorphs
date to the 1860's and are seldom seen on the market today!!! These characteristic specimens, once known as "Blaubleierz", consist of
blocky pyromorphite crystals that are replaced - to varying degrees, by galena!!! This specimen consists of a cluster of large, stout
pyromorphite crystals that are largely altered to galena!!! The crystals range in size up to an impressive 2.35cm!!!
Throughout the specimen one can still see some areas of translucent, unaltered pyromorphite as well!!! These rare and historic specimens are
