Description/Interesting Notes: A rare, old time example of galena after pyromorphite from Cornwall!!! This specimen consists of a complex group of intergrown pyromorphite crystals that have been completely replaced with galena (var. plumbeine)!!! These rare old time specimens were collected around 1825 and are extremely rare today!!! Upon close inspection one can see pyromorphite crystal forms all around the specimen!!!
