A malachite after azurite with a well-defined termination, sharp faces, and choice green color. The malachite has a wonderful chatoyant sheen across the face of the crystal that originates from the center of the specimen. It is somewhat apparent in the pictures, but this effect is extraordinary in person. This specimen is just about as perfect an example of a malachite pseudomorph as one can get from Tsumeb.
