A magnificent “Eye" Agate from the famous Idar-Oberstein region of Germany. This is a superb example of this very sought after agate pattern, consisting of concentric circles of reddish browns, orangey reds, yellows, and bright white. This wonderfully aesthetic specimen is from an old collection and dates back (at least) to Pre-War Germany.
