Description/Interesting Notes: A rare and unusual example of cuprian genthelvite from Argentina!!! This specimen hosts numerous, significantly sized crystals of seafoam green cuprian genthelvite distributed throughout a matrix of lamellar hematite in association with deep green pseudomalachite!!! The genthelvite crystals show characteristic triangular tetrahedral form and range in size to nearly 7mm!!! This specimen is quite rich and much more crystalline than it appears!!! Simply a fantastic example of this rare species - and from an unusual locale as well!!! The pics hardly do it justice!!! Must be seen in person to be fully appreciated!!!
