Description/Interesting Notes: A fantastic, old time example of goethite from Cornwall!!! This specimen consists of a showy, three dimensional mass of lustrous, botryoidal goethite crystals!!! The goethite is very thick and very finely crystallized when viewed on edge!!! The botryoidal crystals have bright luster and deep, dark color!!! This speicmen is in magnificent condition with no damage whatsoever!!! This is OLD material!!! A very attractive example of the species indeed!!! The pics hardly do it justice!!!
