This specimen consists of a rich, nugget-like mass of buttery yellow native gold in association with some quartz matrix!!! The gold has brilliant luster and a gorgeous deep golden hue!!! This specimen displays gorgeously all around!!! This specimen was obtained directly from the owner of the mine!!! Examples of native gold from South Carolina are quite scarce indeed!!!
