Description/Interesting Notes: A rare, old time example of native gold with acanthite from Nevada!!! This specimen hosts several scattered veinlets of acanthite with galena and minor native gold in a quartz matrix!!! Upon close inspection, one can find tiny, submillimeter inclusions of bright yellow native gold in close association with the acanthite and galena, as well as in isolated areas throughout the speicmen!!! In person, more gold is visible upon close examination!!! This specimen retains an old unattributed label as well!!! Rare locality specimen indeed!!! Must be seen in person to be fully appreciated!!!
