Description/Interesting Notes: A magnificent example of native gold from Venezuala!!! This specimen consists of highly complex crystal of native gold!!! This specimen consists of a dense pair of conjoined hoppered crystals of native gold that exibit rare tetrahexahedral faces (think of a cube but with shallow, four-sided pyramids on each cube face!)!!! The crystals have gorgeous tetrahexahedral terminations with clearly defined faces!!! The sides of the crystals exhibit some showy, complexly hoppered forms and other complex features!!! This specimen has brilliant luster and a bright golden hue!!! The gold from this find is remarkably pure as well, with some crystals assaying at 99.6% pure!!! The pics hardly do it justice!!!
