Description/Interesting Notes: A terrific example of native gold from Canada!!! This specimen hosts a significant showing of brilliant deep yellow native gold in association with pyrite and quartz!!! There is one large area of native gold that even appears to show some crystalline features upon close inspection, as well numerous hackly masses scattered about the matrix as well!!! The gold has a particularly pleasing, "deep" yellow golden hue and brilliant luster!!! Upon close inspection with a loupe or scope there are some small areas that appear to be associated tellurides as well!!! Old material!!! The pics hardly do it justice!!!
