Description/Interesting Notes: A magnificent example of native gold from Venezuala!!! This specimen consists of a striking cluster of complex, spinel-twinned crystals of native gold!!! This specimen is complete and undamaged all around!!! This is one of the finest native gold crystal clusters I have seen from this unique locality!!! This is a significant cluster for this locality - rarely do such fine crystals reach this size and quality!!! The great majority of specimens from this locality are small, equant crystals with more or less alluvial wear - clusters are the exception, and most clusters are small and simple!!! This specimen is wonderfully complex and three-dimensional - it stands upright and displays amazingly all the way around, it is absolutely gorgeous in person!!! The specimen has rich, buttery yellow color and brilliant metallic luster!!! Upon close examination one can see much more detail to its crystalline features as well!!! The gold from this find is remarkably pure as well, with some crystals assaying at 99.6% pure!!! Don't miss out on this exceptional specimen - it is an absolute killer for the locality!!!
