Description/Interesting Notes: A fantastic example of this rare species from the type locality in Madagascar!!! This specimen hosts a rich showing of handsome blue grandidierite crystals!!! The grandidierite is much better crystallized than the pics show and much more crystalline material than it appears from the pics!!! The grandidierite crystals have glassy luster and areas of marked translucence!!! Rare OLD material!!! The pics hardly do it justice!!! Must be seen in person to be fully appreciated!!! This specimen is from the collection of Tony Nikischer!!!
