Description/Interesting Notes: An absolutely magnificent, old time example of guanajuatite from the type locale in Mexico!!! This specimen consists of a cluster of intergrown crystals of guanajuatite in association with a small amount of whitish matrix!!! The crystals are exceptionally fine for this rare bismuth sulfo-selenide!!! This is OLD material and retains an A.E. Foote label with an antique cork-stoppered glass vial!!! Simply an amazing example of this very rare species!!! The pics hardly do it justice!!! Must be seen in person to be fully appreciated!!!
