Description/Interesting Notes: A fantastic, old time example of hedenbergite with quartz from Idaho!!! This specimen consists of a striking spray of greenish brown hedenbergite crystals in assocition with several scattered crystals of quartz in association!!! The hedenbergite crystals are in fantastic condition, being sharply defined and terminated!!! Simply a magnificent example of the species for the locality!!! This specimen is from the collection of well known collector and scholar Bob Jenkins and retains his personal collection label!!! The pics hardly do it justice!!!
