Hedenbergite Nordmark, Filipstad, Värmland, Sweden 8.1cm x 5.3cm x 3.85cm

Description/Interesting Notes: A superb example of this rare species from Sweden!!! This specimen consists of a cluster of sharp, lustrous crystals of hedenbergite up to 2.5cm!!! The crystals have very dark green color with lighter green highlights!!! This specimen was aquired in an old collection and has been repaired - while I rarely sell repaired specimens I will make exceptions when a specimen is of merit or exceptional in some way, such as in this instance!!! The repair is hardly detectable and is only discernable on the bottom/reverse of the specimen!!! The pics hardly do it justice!!!
