Description/Interesting Notes: A classic example of hematite after siderite from Colorado!!! This specimen consists of a sharp, single crystal of siderite that has been completely replaced by hematite aesthetically perched atop a single, complex microcline crystal!!! The hematite pseudomorph is also accented by a single colorless fluorite crystal as well!!! A handsome specimen indeed!!! The pics hardly do it justice!!!
