Description/Interesting Notes: A unique and showy example of "Herkimer Diamond" from New York!!! This specimen hosts a razor-sharp "Herkimer Diamond" quartz crystal prominently perched in a small vug on matrix!!! What sets this specimen apart however is its handsome yellow color and rainbow iridescence!!! There is a small amount of bitumen in the vug that apparently caused this striking feature!!! In person, it looks like a brilliant, light yellow gem with dramatic, rainbow iridescent surfaces!!! The crystal is complete and undamaged and there is a second, smaller conjoined crystal present as well!!! This specimen is very lively and showy in person!!! The pics hardly do it justice!!!
