The great majority of hessite from this locality consists of minute grayish veinlets in quartz, however this specimen hosts a significant showing of crystalline hessite!!! This specimen hosts numerous masses of crystalline hessite scattered throughout the quartz matrix!!! Upon close inspection one can also see small areas and coatings of native gold present as well!!!
