Description/Interesting Notes: A terrific example of this rare gem species from the type locality in North Carolina!!! This specimen consists of a complex single crystal of hiddenite!!! The crystal has glassy luster and gem clarity!!! The crystal exhibits characteristic green color that ranges from a slightly yellowish green to a lively, pronounced green at the termination!!!
