Hureaulite with Jahnsite & Leucophosphite Tip Top Mine, Fourmile, Custer District, Custer Co., South Dakota 7.3cm x 5cm x 2.9cm

Description/Interesting Notes: An outstanding example of hureaulite with jahnsite and leucophosphite from South Dakota!!! The hureaulite crystals have razor-sharp faces with brilliant, glassy luster, gemmy clarity, and rich pink color!!! The leucophosphite and jansite crystals are present as well formed, glassy crystals of yellow-green and dark amber (although, oddly, these intergrown crystals simply show up as a purplish brown in the pics - however they do not look this way in person)!!! The associated crystals are quite impressive upon close inspection and there are two other unidentified species present as well!!! The hureaulite crystals range in size up to 9mm!!! In person this specimen has great color with sharp, glassy crystals and is quite showy indeed - it is way better than the pics show!!! This specimen is in fantastic condition and displays magnificently in person!!! The pics hardly do it justice!!! Must be seen in person to be fully appreciated!!!
