A terrific old time example of quartz with hydroxylherderite from Maine!!! This specimen consists of a complex, tabular quartz crystal that hosts
several complex hydroxylherderite crystals in addition to numerous tiny beige balls of cookeite!!! The quartz crystal is a complete floater with no point
of attachement - it is complete all around, undamaged, and pristine!!! The pics hardly do it justice!!! This specimen retains old labels from the Leavitt and Jenkins
collections!!!
